Clean Water for Schools Program
Ensuring every school in our target areas has access to safe drinking water and functional sanitation facilities, creating a healthy learning environment that supports attendance and academic performance—especially for girls.
Our Clean Water for Schools Program recognizes that water and sanitation access is foundational to quality education. Lack of clean water and private sanitation facilities is a leading cause of school absenteeism, particularly for girls during menstruation. We partner with schools, parent associations, and county governments to install water storage tanks, rainwater harvesting systems, and gender-separated sanitation blocks. We also integrate water hygiene education into school curricula and train teachers and students in water stewardship.
