WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) Program
Promoting safe water, sanitation infrastructure, and hygiene behavior change in schools and communities, with a focus on vulnerable groups including women, girls, and persons with disabilities.
Our WASH Program addresses the critical need for safe water, adequate sanitation, and good hygiene practices across underserved communities. We construct and rehabilitate water points, build gender-sensitive sanitation facilities, and conduct hygiene promotion campaigns. Special attention is given to schools, where lack of WASH facilities drives girls' absenteeism. We work with communities, schools, and local government to ensure sustainability of WASH infrastructure and behavior change at the household level.
